Caroline Rowlader, LPC-MHSP specializes in treating adults (ages 24+) navigating chronic health conditions, burnout, perfectionism, anxiety, ADHD, mild-to-moderate depression, and major life transitions. Caroline offers telehealth services across the state of Tennessee and is accepting new patients at this time.
With lived experience of Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, ADHD, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Caroline brings a chronic illness-informed lens to her work. She aligns with pro-choice and feminist values, and her approach is grounded in Health at Every Size (HAES) and Intuitive Eating principles.
Caroline integrates Solution-Focused Therapy with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Radically Open Dialectical Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, and Psychoeducation. She has provided counseling in a range of settings, including community mental health, substance abuse treatment, and private practice. She holds degrees from the University of Georgia and Columbus State University.
